Aiming to capture a larger share of the American logistics market, deep-tech startup ANSCER Robotics has raised $5.4 million (₹45 crore) in Series A funding to scale its fleet of hybrid warehouse robots globally.
ANSCER offers autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), intelligent fleet management software, and next-generation industrial systems. The company said it is designing and building automation for the realities of modern manufacturing and logistics by helping enterprises improve productivity, safety, and operational efficiency at scale.
IAN Group led the Bengaluru, India-based company‘s funding round, with participation from Info Edge Ventures and other angel investors.
ANSCER Robotics designs for complex environments
According to ANSCER Robotics, this latest investment will accelerate its mission to build India’s AI-native industrial automation platform for factories and warehouses worldwide.
“Naturally, we are expanding our markets and our product line, and the company will have a booth at Automate 2026,” Mark Messina, CEO of ANSCER Robotics Americas, told The Robot Report. “Our robots are designed and built for deployment in complex, rough environments — manufacturing floors and dock areas.”
The company described its systems as “hybrid” in that they combine the carrying capabilities of an automated guided vehicle (AGV) or a forklift with the smart navigation of AMRs.
“Our navigation stack and our hardware are exceptional,” added Messina. “We get a lot of attention for material movement, and normally, everyone immediately thinks of a warehouse. While yes, we do deploy in warehouses, our primary focus is manufacturing — material movement and machine tending in factories.”
He said that ANSCER continues to grow in the rest of the world, including many deployments in India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. Within North America, the expansion includes some big new clients, including some leading parcel-delivery companies that ANSCER is in deployment with now.
