John Deere will integrate Light’s perception platform into its autonomous tractors to augment its vision-only approach to autonomy.

Light has launched Clarity, a multiview perception platform enabling vehicles to see 1 km with 20 times the detail of lidar. The company said Clarity’s range, accuracy, and detail can improve vehicle safety.
