Robotics Summit 2026 extends call for speakers

By Steve Crowe | October 22, 2025

The Robot Report invites you to submit a session abstract to be considered for presentation at the 2026 Robotics Summit & Expo, which will be on May 27 and 28 at the Thomas M. Menino Convention and Exhibition Center in Boston. The Robotics Summit is the leading event focused on the technical issues involved with developing commercial robots.

Sessions should be technical and educational to help robotics engineers overcome common development challenges. Topics can be submitted based on the following tracks:

    • Technologies, Tools and Platforms: Advances in core technologies common to all classes of commercial robots
    • Design, Development & Manufacturability: Technologies and methodologies to simulate, design, prototype and manufacture commercial robots for scale
    • Artificial Intelligence: How machine learning, generative AI, foundation models and other AI technologies impact commercial robotics development
    • Coding & Programming (new for 2026): Learn about coding languages and new programming methodologies to help robotics engineers build smarter robots.
    • Automated Warehouse: Advances in warehouse robotics, key enabling technologies, and emerging applications
    • Healthcare Robotics: Advances in medical robotics, from surgical systems to patient care solutions, key enabling technologies, and emerging applications

The Robotics Summit is also looking for technical workshops, robot demonstrations, and off-site tours of local robotics organizations or universities.

Submit your proposal for the 2026 Robotics Summit & Expo

The entry deadline for submitting speaker proposals has been extended until Nov. 20, 2025. To apply to deliver a session at the Robotics Summit & Expo click here.

All speakers will receive complimentary full conference registration with admission to all keynotes, sessions, panels, networking receptions, and special events. Speakers will also receive complimentary registrations for up to two guests.

The Robotics Summit & Expo will gather more than 6,000 attendees to explore the latest enabling technologies, engineering best practices, and emerging trends shaping commercial robotics. The event will feature five keynotes and over 60 educational sessions.

Attendees can connect with 250+ exhibitors and take advantage of networking opportunities, a Career Fair, a robotics development challenge, and the RBR50 Robotics Innovation Awards Gala.
