RealMan displays embodied robotics at Automate 2025

DETROIT — RealMan Intelligent Technology Co. this week showed off at Automate 2025 its latest lineup of lightweight robotic arms, dual-arm platforms, and self-developed joint modules tailored for industrial automation, precision manufacturing, and human-robot collaboration. The Beijing-based company described itself as a leading innovator in embodied intelligence and modular robotic systems.

The core team of RealMan Robotics has extensive technical expertise and research experience. Dedicated to making robotic arms into universal intelligent tools, it aims to bring robots into homes and businesses, empowering diverse industries.

RealMan said its products are widely applied in industries such as new retail, smart dining, commercial services, healthcare, intelligent and quality inspection, education and research, industrial manufacturing, and aerospace.

RealMan Robotics displays cutting-edge tech

At its booth in Huntington Place, the company displayed the following technologies:

Dual-arm lifting platform

RealMan’s embodied dual-arm platform integrates two six degree-of-freedom (6-DoF) robotic arms with synchronized motion control. Designed for collaborative handling, lifting, and manipulation tasks, this platform is suitable for logistics automation and research in embodied AI, said the company.

The company also offered a modular showcase of its self-developed robotic joints, highlighting their compact design, integrated control systems, and plug-and-play scalability — essential for rapid robot prototyping and integration in mobile and humanoid systems.

RealMan shows healthcare robot

Bridging technology and wellness, RealMan said its medical massage robot uses AI-driven touch sensitivity, adaptive force control, and anatomical trajectory planning to deliver personalized therapeutic experiences.

Built on a high-precision robotic platform with safety and compliance in mind, it serves applications across rehabilitation centers, healthcare institutions, and wellness clinics.

RealMan said this system is part of its expansion into smart healthcare robotics and its vision of enhancing human well-being through embodied intelligence.

ECO65, ECO62 robotic loading and unloading cells

These collaborative robots offer a compact footprint and quick deployment for machine-tending tasks. The ECO65 and ECO62 are optimized for high-speed loading/unloading operations with exceptional repeatability for small and midsize enterprises (SMEs) and OEM integrators.

Designed for precision surface finishing, the ECO63 features RealMan’s proprietary joint modules and advanced force control, enabling high-quality polishing across complex surfaces. The station supports adaptive polishing for materials such as metal and composite.

RM65 heavy-duty robotic arm

Built to handle payloads in demanding industrial environments, the RM65 features RealMan’s high-torque joint modules, making it suitable for palletizing, inspection, and precision assembly lines requiring robust load capacity.

RealMan expands globally with localized innovation

Following strong growth in Asia, RealMan Robotics said it is rapidly expanding its global presence. At Automate, it engaged with automation system integrators, research institutions, and strategic partners from the U.S. and Canada.

The company said it has reinforced its commitment to empowering industrial customers with customizable, embodied robotic solutions.
