Allient Inc. launched its new Electroflux Series, a line of motors designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern robotics and advanced mechanical applications. The Electroflux Series motors are engineered to deliver precision, efficiency, and reliability for a variety of applications, including collaborative robots (cobots), surgical robotics, and aerospace technology.

The Electroflux Series motors feature a high torque density, enabling more compact and lightweight designs without compromising performance.  The motors are designed with energy efficiency in mind to help extend operational time and reduce the overall power consumption of your systems.

Robots often operate in extreme environments, and the Electroflux Series is designed for demanding applications like bomb and explosive disposal, and submersible ROVs. The motors are modular in design and can be integrated into a wide range of systems, making it a versatile choice for various applications.

The motors’ lightweight and powerful nature makes it a valuable component in exosuits, improving mobility and strength for users. Underwater vehicles, such as submersible ROVs, can benefit from the motors’ consistent performance and corrosion resistance.

In precision-oriented fields like surgical robotics, the Electroflux Series delivers the necessary accuracy and reliability. Moreover, in the medical field, these motors can enhance the functionality of prosthetic devices, providing users with improved control and natural movement.

The Electroflux Series stands out in the product line with its high-performance features and adaptability. This makes the motor a good choice for collaborative robot (cobot) applications. These motors are designed to enhance the precision, safety, and efficiency of your cobots, ensuring seamless human-robot interaction and optimal performance.

Allient is formerly known as Allied Motion Technologies Inc., a global designer and manufacturer of precision and specialty motion, controls, and power products. The company changed its name in August 2023 to reflect the evolution from a products-based business in motion control to a solutions-oriented company.
